Isidro Fabela (29.06.1882 - 12.08.1964) was a Mexican lawyer, politican, diplomat, writer and judge at the International Court of Justice, who on March 18, 1938 presented to the General Secretary of the League of Nations Mexico´s note of protest against the "Anschluss" od Austria by Nazi Germany.
