Andrea K. Bjorklund is a Full Professor and the L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law at McGill University Faculty of Law. She is the General Editor of Arbitration International and the General Editor for Investment for the Journal of International Dispute Settlement. She publishes widely on international economic law matters and on dispute settlement. In addition to her academic work she acts as arbitrator and expert in both investment and commercial arbitrations. Andrea Bjorklund holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, as well as an M.A. in French studies from New York University and a B.A. in History and French from the Univeristy of Nebraska.

Prof. Dr. iur. Anne Peters, LL.M. (Harvard)

Anne Peters ist Direktorin am Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches öffentliches Recht und Völkerrecht in Heidelberg, Titularprofessorin an der Universität Basel, Honorarprofessorin an der Universität Heidelberg und der FU Berlin sowie L. Bates Lea Global Law Professor an der Law School der University of Michigan. Sie ist Mitglied des Ständigen Schiedshofs (PCA), assoziiertes Mitglied des Institut de Droit International und wirkt im völkerrechtswissenschaftlichen Beirat der deutschen Bundesregierung (seit 2013). Anne Peters studierte an den Universitäten Würzburg, Lausanne, Freiburg und Harvard und hatte von 2001 bis 2013 den Lehrstuhl für Völker- und Staatsrecht an der Universität Basel inne. Sie war Mitglied der Venedig-Kommission für Deutschland (2011-2015), Präsidentin der European Society of International Law (2010-2012) und Vorsitzende der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationales Recht (2019-2023).
